ODIN is a modular, multi-form-factor tactical networking and edge compute system designed for DDIL environments. It provides session-aware SD-WAN routing (Juniper SSR), multi-transport resilience across SATCOM, MANET, LTE, and terrestrial links, and containerized edge services for TAK, MQTT telemetry, and AI/ML inference. ODIN enables autonomous, identity-bound routing, mission-role-based flow control, and local compute continuity when disconnected from higher echelons. The ODIN-EDRM (Edge Device Radio Module):
Our ODIN-EDRM is a purpose-built wireless Ethernet bridge that extends any IP network over sub-GHz spectrum. It is not a router, gateway, or proprietary black box: it is a transparent Layer 2 bridge that presents to host devices as a standard network interface.
Core Architecture The transparent bridge design eliminates complexity.
Host devices—whether ODIN tactical nodes, ATAK tablets, or standard laptops—connect via Ethernet or USB-C and see the Radio Module as a network cable with unlimited length.
All Layer 3 intelligence (routing, encryption, traffic engineering) remains on the host device. The Radio Module handles one task: moving Ethernet frames wirelessly with maximum range and reliability.
